An ideal solution for training where ceiling or wall mounts are a problem. This adjustable punch bag stand is made in a sturdy box metal frame, complete with rubber bases. It will not mark or scratch your wooden floors and allows two people to train at the same time, it can accomdate a speedball and a punch bag. (Speedballs and punch bags not included). This is the solution to your freestanding punch bag needs.
